Service Credit Terms

Effective Date: December 11, 2024

These VestAI Service Credit Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and VestAI Technologies, Inc. dba VestAI ("VestAI," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your purchase, receipt, and use of any credit redeemable for our Services ("Service Credit").

1. Types of Service Credits

  1. Prepaid Service Credits. VestAI may offer the option to prepay for Services by purchasing credits. Prepaid Service Credits represent funds you have paid in advance for use of specific Services. Additional terms may apply.
  2. Promo Service Credits. From time to time, VestAI may issue promotional, free Service Credits. Promo Service Credits are not applied toward any sales, use, or similar taxes.

2. Nature of Service Credits

  • Service Credits are not legal tender, currency, or stored-value money.
  • They are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any monetary equivalent.
  • They have no equivalent fiat value and do not substitute for currency.
  • All Service Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied toward the cost of VestAI Services.

3. Expiration and Finality

  1. All sales of Services, including Prepaid Service Credits, are final.
  2. Service Credits are non-refundable.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, Service Credits expire one year after the date of purchase or grant.

4. Account Balance & Responsibility

  1. You may view your available Service Credit balance in your VestAI dashboard.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring credits are correctly added or deducted.
  3. Your Service Credit balance is not a bank account or payment instrument—it’s a record of advance payments or promotional grants.

5. Prohibitions

Any attempt to transfer, sell, gift, or trade Service Credits is prohibited and void. VestAI may revoke, cancel, or forfeit any Service Credits if misuse or unauthorized transfer is detected.

6. Suspension or Termination

VestAI may suspend or terminate your access to Services, including any unused Service Credits, in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website or emailing you at the address on file. Changes become effective upon posting or as stated in our notice. Continued use of Service Credits constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
